Real Estate Associate
The candidate should have 4 years of real estate experience. Should demonstrate knowledge in real estate transactions, and land use applications and have the ability to appear before Planning and Zoning Boards. Should have experience in the following areas Acquisition and Sales; Leasing and Financing; Land Use, Permitting and Approvals; Development and Redevelopment; Investment Funds; Workouts, Restructurings and Foreclosures; Condemnation/Eminent Domain; and Tax Appeals and Tax Matters. A JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Ability and desire to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position and substantive area evolve. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team. Ability to develop new relationships and foster teamwork at all levels. Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving and oral and written communication skills.
