Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Miami-Dade County, FL. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on First Party Property law, with opportunities to gain experience in general liability and third-party practice. Duties

• Manage cases from inception.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Provide timely reports to insurance carriers and clients.
• Prioritize workload based on deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• JD and current license to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in First Party Property law.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ProLaw and NetDocs is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
