Duties

• Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Assist with case preparation and management.
• Provide legal administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a plaintiff's personal injury or insurance defense attorney.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Skills

• Strong background in legal research and writing.
• Ability to litigate cases effectively.
