Duties:

Requirements:

• 7+ years of corporate law experience, with an emphasis on M&A and corporate transactions.
• Proven track record of success at a high-quality law firm or legal department.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, client-centric approach, and ability to take initiative.
• Nevada Bar admission is mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
