Duties

• Participate in drafting Case Management Orders and attending court appearances.
• Organize and analyze case information, providing reports to carriers.
• Propound and respond to written discovery, and draft law and motion documents.
• Coordinate with clients and experts, attend site inspections, and manage depositions.
• Engage in all phases of trial preparation, including first and second-chair trial opportunities.
• Draft various motions, including Motions for Summary Judgment and pre-trial motions.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
