The candidate will be managing and negotiating cases with insurance providers. Will be effectively managing a full case load. Oversee and manage a dedicated full-time legal assistant. Regular client communication is a priority. Opening new files and making the initial client contact and continuing contact with clients on a regular basis. Fully investigate each case, gathering, and analyzing intake information and relevant documents. Enter pertinent information into the ATO database. Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintain contact with the insurance company. Manage client’s medical care keeping in constant communication with clients and medical providers. Schedule and calendar medical appointments, and explain procedures and related documentation to clients. Continuously monitor case status, and review medical records. Organized and maintain case files, preparing files to be submitted to demand writers.
