Location:

• Tampa, Florida

Duties:

• Manage bodily injury and uninsured motorist cases from intake through final resolution

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Prepare and present compelling arguments using tools such as PowerPoint presentations during mediations

• Lead all phases of trial preparation and execution

• Work collaboratively with a litigation support team to drive favorable outcomes

• Maintain consistent client communication and manage expectations

• Represent clients with tenacity and professionalism throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida

• Proven first-chair trial experience

• Strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure

• High attention to detail and case preparation

• Demonstrated success in litigation with a client-focused, results-driven approach

• Commitment to a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Excellent trial, negotiation, and litigation strategy skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Effective time and case management skills

• Proficiency in courtroom presentation, including digital presentation tools

• Competitive, ambitious, and resilient with a drive for success

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively

• Commission structure based on case results (potential earnings over $400,000)
