A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents, from inception through litigation to trial and settlement.

Duties

• File lawsuits and draft legal documents.
• Conduct and respond to written discovery.
• Participate in depositions and mediations.
• Manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Interact directly with clients and provide legal counsel.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Experience in personal injury cases.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Trial experience at 1st or 2nd chair is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
