Duties:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions in employment litigation matters.
• Take and defend depositions as part of ongoing cases.
• Manage caseload and handle client communications effectively.
• Provide legal analysis and guidance on employment law matters.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines, balancing multiple projects.
• Collaborate with a team while also being capable of working independently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
