Duties

• Manage litigation caseloads independently across New England, including Maine.
• Conduct and prepare for depositions and trials.
• Review and analyze discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare court filings and manage e-filing processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed time records.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort, or environmental liability.
• Admitted to practice law in Maine; additional New England admissions preferred.
• Proficient in motion practice and conducting depositions.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Maine.
