The candidate will independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. JD from an accredited law school is required. Should have 5 + years of defense litigation experience. Experience handling general liability, professional liability and/or products liability is required. Legal project management experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Admittance in Rhode Island or Vermont is preferred.
