A law firm seeks a Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney for a full-time position in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and involves managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration.

Duties

• Manage litigation cases from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings.
• Argue motions in court and make other court appearances.
• Interface and build relationships with clients.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in trials.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of civil litigation experience required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred).

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
