A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Location:

• San Diego, CA

Duties:

• Handle all phases of intellectual property litigation in federal courts

• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and complex analysis

• Manage discovery, including depositions and document production

• Prepare for and participate in trials and hearings

• Collaborate with attorneys across various office locations

• Contribute to the strategic development of the IP litigation practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience with Federal Circuit cases is considered a plus

• Ability to manage sophisticated legal and technical issues effectively

• Strong client service orientation and teamwork capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Demonstrated academic excellence

• Law school and undergraduate (and graduate, if applicable) transcripts required

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and research skills

• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving proficiency

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
