• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and trial preparation
• Maintain compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

Requirements:

• 6 years of litigation experience, particularly in business and commercial matters
• Prior involvement in Indiana state and federal court proceedings
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex casework with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to professional ethics and teamwork
• Admission to the AZ Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, preferably top-tier

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the AZ State Bar
