Duties

• Manage document production and review processes.

• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with experts to prepare expert reports.
• Draft legal memoranda and persuasive briefs.
• Engage in inter partes reviews and PTAB trial proceedings.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm or IP boutique setting.
• Technical background in engineering, software, or computer networking.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• USPTO admission preferred.
