Duties

• Participate in securitization and structured finance transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in securitization and structured finance.
• Preferred experience with residential mortgage loans.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
