A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in San Antonio. This role involves handling a wide range of employment-related litigation matters in both Texas and federal courts, including representing employers before administrative agencies and advising clients on employment compliance. Ideal candidates will bring a background in labor and employment law and possess strong litigation, communication, and client service skills.

Represent employers in employment-related litigation matters in state and federal courts
Handle claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and other employment disputes
Represent clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and Texas Workforce Commission
Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams on litigation strategy and risk management
4–6 years of general litigation experience
Prior experience with labor and employment law matters preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team collaboration and client relationship-building capabilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Admission to the Texas Bar required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Strong litigation and advocacy skills
Ability to handle employment-related administrative and courtroom matters
Proficient in legal research and writing
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
