Duties

• Handle civil litigation cases related to real estate, business, and bankruptcy from inception to trial.
• Create case and litigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate with supervising attorneys and clients to provide updates.
• Review all conditions precedent to filing actions, including documents and financials.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of civil litigation and trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy law and related regulations.
• Experience advising debtors on bankruptcy options.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions and pleadings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
