Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on project development and finance transactions.

• Advise clients on M&A transactions, debt finance, and renewable energy deals.

• Structure and negotiate financing agreements with project sponsors, developers, and financial institutions.

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and financing agreements.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop strategic legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Class of 2018-2021 law school graduate.

• Strong background in project development, M&A, and debt finance.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to analyze complex regulatory and financial matters.
