Requirements

• Hold a J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent.

• Experience representing corporate issuers and major investment banks.
• Proficiency in advising on compliance and corporate governance issues.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of securities laws, regulations, and market practices.
