A law firm seeks a talented mid-level or senior Real Estate Associate to join its practice in New York. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated, high-impact work for premier clients, collaborating with partners and clients across the full real estate lifecycle.

Duties

• Represent lenders, investors, developers, and owners in real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate various real estate-related contracts.
• Coordinate and close real estate and financing transactions.
• Advise on construction, development, and joint venture arrangements.
• Mentor junior associates and oversee work streams.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of broad-based real estate experience.
• Experience with NMTC and HTC financing.
• Admission to and good standing with the State Bar of New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of New York.
