Duties

• Defend and counsel employers in employment-related litigation, including class actions.
• Advise clients on wage and hour matters and employment law compliance.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop strategies for complex employment law cases.
• Assist in managing ongoing litigation matters and client relationships.
• Provide timely legal updates and advice to clients on employment law issues.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation.
• Experience defending and counseling employers in various labor and employment matters.
• Familiarity with class action cases and wage and hour issues.
• Strong academic credentials and a history of excellence in legal practice.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In good standing with the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
