A distinguished litigation-focused law firm based in Red Bank, NJ, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to support its plaintiff-side practice. Duties:

• Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, hearings, and trials

• Draft legal pleadings, discovery demands/responses, motions, and briefs

• Perform legal research and develop legal arguments and strategies

• Collaborate with senior litigators and support staff on case preparation

• Manage a docket of cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing parties, and courts

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing

• 0-3 years of relevant legal experience, with litigation exposure preferred

• Demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side civil litigation

• Prior judicial clerkship experience is highly regarded but not mandatory

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Commitment to advocacy, integrity, and client-focused representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey (active and in good standing)

Skills:
