Duties

• Manage and support mass tort litigation from intake through resolution.
• Handle client communications with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and discovery materials.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and settlement summaries.
• Conduct legal research and apply relevant procedural and substantive law.
• Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support teams.
• Prepare cases for hearings, mediation, settlement, or trial.
• Proactively advance client cases with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience in mass torts litigation, preferably in sexual abuse cases.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and caseloads independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
