Duties

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from inception to closing.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for complex transactions.
• Guide clients through structuring deals to achieve optimal tax and business outcomes.
• Stay informed on developments in corporate law and private equity market trends.
