Duties

• Research complex legal matters and provide sound advice.
• Author high-quality written materials to support client needs.
• Appear in various forums to represent clients, including court appearances.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff both in-office and virtually.
• Mentor and support the training of other attorneys.
• Assign support work to associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Present educational materials on the latest developments in their area of expertise.
• Accurately account for time spent supporting clients and the firm.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire or Maine Bar and maintenance of good standing.
• Excellent writing skills required.
• Ability to provide advice on complex litigation topics.
• Demonstrated mastery of legal skills.
• Ability to lead teams with expertise and leadership skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire or Maine.
