The candidate duties include: Negotiation and preparation of equipment lease and financing documents. Provide legal advice to CSI subsidiaries. Assist with international transactions. Other duties as assigned. Should have 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Must have JD from an accredited law school. Missouri bar license required. Must be a self-starter and organized. Should have excellent writing and negotiation skills. Should preferably have 5-10 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Foreign language speaking and reading proficiency is desirable (e.g., Spanish, German, Chinese).
