Location:

Duties:

• Manage and handle complex product liability and class action litigation cases.

• Conduct legal research and provide detailed legal analysis.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Represent clients in court, depositions, and hearings.

• Assist with trial preparation and strategy development.

• Communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.

• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and progress.

Requirements:

• 6-7 years of litigation experience, particularly in product liability and class actions.

• Top academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first-tier law school).

• Proven track record in complex litigation and case management.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:

• J.D. from a first-tier ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills and experience in product liability and class action cases.

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex cases.
