Location:

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in family law matters

• Represent clients in court hearings and trials

• Manage a caseload involving divorce, custody, and support issues

• Communicate directly with clients to provide legal counsel and updates

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Collaborate with team members on case preparation and litigation

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest in family law

• Courtroom experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina
