• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex matters.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Familiarity with coverage analysis and bad faith claims preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• New Jersey license is a plus.
