Duties:

• Handle litigation from inception to resolution, including case strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive case reporting and legal analysis to clients.

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong background in defending construction, NY Labor Law, and premises liability cases.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus.
