Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including trials and settlements
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents and file motions
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring all evidence and testimony align with the case strategy
• Develop case strategies and manage litigation processes
• Lead mediations and negotiations to achieve favorable settlements for clients
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing legal guidance and updates on case progress
• Work collaboratively with a nationwide network of attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
• Proven experience as first-chair in jury trials with a successful track record
• Deep knowledge of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Experience in drafting and responding to legal motions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership with the Florida State Bar

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida, in good standing
