Duties

• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.
• Research case law and gather relevant evidence, including insurance policies and medical records.
• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
• Review, modify, and draft various legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred.
• Understanding of personal injury law, medical terminology, and related legal areas is desired.
• Proficiency in computers is vital.
• Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree are required.
