Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney in San Antonio, TX. The attorney will manage a docket of approximately 50 cases, working closely with a case manager to investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage assigned cases. Responsibilities include securing accident reports, obtaining witness statements, and assisting clients in developing medical damages.

Duties

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Accept and manage incoming calls from potential new clients.
• Secure authorization to sign up, decline, or further evaluate claims.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports for clients.
• Manage clients during the case development intake process.
• Prepare and document demands for case settlements.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal obligations.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising non-attorneys preferred.
• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Education

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
