Duties

Requirements

• Approximately five or more years of corporate experience.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
