The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement and superb writing and communication skills. Should preferably have 2+ years of law firm experience. An advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in molecular biology or genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, virology or immunology and current Patent Bar membership would be preferred. Candidate with strong scientific background who has not passed the Patent Bar exam will also be considered.
