Duties

• Handle family-based petitions and removal defense cases.
• Manage waivers, consular processing, and U-Visa/VAWA petitions.
• Assist with Temporary Protected Status and asylum cases.
• Prepare appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
• Represent clients at immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case files and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with legal assistants for efficient case management.

Requirements

• License to practice law (preferred).
• Ability to commute or relocate to Lehigh Acres, FL.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
