Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maine Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Minimum of 3 years of transactional or business law experience.
• Experience with business entities, contracts, real estate, and commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work effectively as part of a team.

Education
