Duties

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.

• Research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes and court decisions.
• Assist with document review.

Requirements

• Good standing with the Indiana bar; Illinois license preferred.
• Experience managing own caseload and handling all aspects of litigation.
• Interest in litigating in various fields of practice.
• Strong organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Deposition experience required.
• Strong litigation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana; Illinois license preferred.
