Duties

• Manage a variety of complex civil litigation cases.
• Focus on real estate, construction, and business disputes.
• Collaborate with co-counsel and team members.
• Deliver exceptional client service and legal representation.
• Engage in business development and client relationship expansion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia.
• Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
• Experience in Virginia state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively.
• High level of organization and initiative.
• Personable, dynamic, and professional communication style.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
