Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, and advanced estate planning instruments.

• Advise clients on estate, gift, and GST tax strategies.

• Manage estate administration, probate, and fiduciary matters.

• Support business succession planning for family-owned enterprises.

• Counsel clients on charitable planning, foundations, and long-term legacy structures.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing planning guidance.

Requirements

• 1–10+ years of trusts and estates or private client experience.

• Background in estate planning and/or estate administration.

• Familiarity with transfer tax concepts and advanced trust structures.

• LL.M. in Taxation or a strong tax background is a significant plus.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
