Duties

• Manage and lead complex litigation cases.
• Draft motions and briefs, and conduct depositions.
• Prepare for trials and present oral arguments in federal and state courts.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensure to practice law in California; additional state licenses are a plus.
• Experience in litigation involving creditors' rights, real estate, or bankruptcy law is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage cases in federal and state courts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
