A law firm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Removal Defense Attorney to join its team. In this role, you will advocate for individuals facing removal proceedings, providing comprehensive legal representation throughout the immigration process. Your primary responsibility will be to protect clients from unjust deportation by navigating complex immigration laws, developing defense strategies, and representing them in court and other legal settings. Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration court and during administrative hearings.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as motions and briefs.

• Develop and implement case strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Communicate with clients to explain legal options and keep them informed of case developments.

• Collaborate with legal professionals and community organizations to offer comprehensive support to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

• Experience in immigration law, particularly removal defense.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Education:
