Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of transportation litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research on transportation laws, logistics regulations, and evolving industry standards

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and correspondence

• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations

• Develop case strategies and prepare case analysis reports for client stakeholders

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to achieve client-focused solutions

• Negotiate settlements and agreements with a strong emphasis on advocacy and client service

• Analyze new legal developments impacting the transportation, logistics, and gig economy sectors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling general casualty litigation

• Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

• First or second-chair trial experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in deposition practice, motion drafting, and case strategy development

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills

• Familiarity with transportation regulations and logistics sector issues preferred

• Knowledge of emerging e-commerce and gig economy legal matters is advantageous but not mandatory

• Ability to manage complex litigation independently with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good standing membership with the Pennsylvania State Bar
