Location:

Duties:

• Draft legal documents including contracts, briefs, and motions

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis

• Assist with litigation preparation and attend court proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys in client consultations and case strategy

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

• Maintain organized and detailed client records

• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal developments

• Support case file management and client communications

Requirements:

• Completion of the bar exam and licensure to practice law

• Post-bar experience preferred (open to newer attorneys)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation

• Willingness to learn from senior attorneys and contribute to a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar (California preferred)

• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
