A prominent law firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking a seasoned litigation attorney to join its civil litigation practice. The role involves managing complex litigation matters with a focus on construction defects, real estate disputes, and general civil litigation. Duties:

• Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions

• Conduct legal research and draft supporting memoranda

• Handle depositions, witness preparation, and discovery review

• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients

• Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings

• Monitor changes in relevant laws and apply legal principles to active matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil, construction, or real estate matters

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation independently

• Prior courtroom and trial experience strongly preferred

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in Colorado

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing member of the Colorado Bar

Skills:
