Duties

• Represent institutional lenders, creditors, and court-appointed receivers in litigation and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Develop strategies to protect creditor interests and maximize recoveries.
• Support receivers with asset recovery and stakeholder distributions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external professionals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bankruptcy clerkship is a plus.
• AmLaw 200 experience preferred.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
