Duties

• Draft complaints and applications for TROs and preliminary injunctions.
• Manage high-volume discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and prepare dispositive motions.
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with managing written discovery and brief writing.
• Admitted in Illinois or New York or eligible to waive in.
• Prior experience at a regional or national law firm preferred.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
