Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of commercial real estate documents
Represent entities involved in property acquisition, financing, leasing, and development
Coordinate and lead due diligence efforts for complex real estate transactions
Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory agencies to ensure legal and procedural compliance
Provide legal counsel to businesses whose primary operations intersect with commercial property ownership or leasing
Support large landholders and institutional clients in strategic land use planning and transactional matters
3-4 years of substantive experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions
Demonstrated ability to independently manage transaction workflows from initiation to close
A clear understanding of the legal framework governing property deals and financial structuring
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Admission to practice law in Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure promptly
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active Bar membership in Arizona or eligibility for immediate admission
Strong analytical abilities and detail-oriented approach to legal documentation
High-level interpersonal and client-facing communication capabilities
Proficiency in managing multiple, concurrent deals under time-sensitive conditions
Strategic problem-solving and negotiation skills
