Duties:

• Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of commercial real estate documents

• Represent entities involved in property acquisition, financing, leasing, and development

• Coordinate and lead due diligence efforts for complex real estate transactions

• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory agencies to ensure legal and procedural compliance

• Provide legal counsel to businesses whose primary operations intersect with commercial property ownership or leasing

• Support large landholders and institutional clients in strategic land use planning and transactional matters

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of substantive experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage transaction workflows from initiation to close

• A clear understanding of the legal framework governing property deals and financial structuring

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Admission to practice law in Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure promptly

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Arizona or eligibility for immediate admission

Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities and detail-oriented approach to legal documentation

• High-level interpersonal and client-facing communication capabilities

• Proficiency in managing multiple, concurrent deals under time-sensitive conditions
