The selected candidate will play a key role in managing complex commercial disputes, supporting trial preparation, and providing legal research and drafting expertise. Duties:

• Conduct a thorough document review, including the use of electronic discovery platforms

• Perform detailed legal research and analysis across diverse matters

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda

• Maintain consistent client communication and foster professional relationships

• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

• Support senior attorneys with case strategy and litigation planning

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or business litigation

• Proficiency in managing high-volume document reviews

• Familiarity with trial preparation and courtroom procedures

• Active membership with The Florida Bar

• Demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism, and reliability in a legal setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a Top 25 accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Florida (required)

Skills:

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• Effective communication and client-interaction abilities

• Experience using FileSite or similar document management tools

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
